QEH, the polyclinic, your specialist, follow-ups. We get you there on time and either wait or come back when you’re ready. No rushing, no stress.

Senior Care Home Visits

Visiting Mum at the care home? Bringing Dad home for Sunday lunch? Pickups to and from senior homes across the island, on time.

Medication Pickup & Drop-off

Can’t get to the pharmacy yourself? Tell us what you need. We’ll collect your prescription and bring it to your door for a small fee.

Physiotherapy & Rehab

Set up your weekly physio rides once and we’ll handle the rest. Same time, same driver where we can. No re-explaining yourself every Tuesday.

Shopping & Errands

Massy, Sheraton, Sky Mall, the hardware store, the bank. Wherever you need to go, ride at your pace and we’ll help with the bags.

Why we’re here

Your independence is the whole point.

We started Access Barbados because too many of our own people have had to skip appointments, miss family events, or wait on a relative to drive home from town. All because the regular taxi wouldn't work.

So we built the service around the trips that matter, and around the people taking them.
